Relevant job history with at least 3 years of professional paid household experience post age 18
Willingness to complete a criminal background check
Clean driving record
Legal authorization to work in the United States
For childcare positions - CPR and First Aid Certification
For private chef positions- ServSafe Certification
High-school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 21+
Non-smoker
3 professional references we can contact from your experience in private service (excluding family, friends, coworkers, and non-related experience)
Willingness to commit to at least 1 year (unless applying for job otherwise stated).
Highly suggested: At least one letter of recommendation and a cover letter

Our screening process includes a Zoom interview, completing your profile, reference checks, and a background check. We’ll guide you through each step and keep you updated along the way.
