Alison Ganko, Founder

My Household Managed was founded by Alison Ganko, a former private service professional with over 15 years of firsthand experience supporting high-profile households as a nanny and household managed, complemented by professional experience in recruiting and placement.

Having lived the demands of private service from inside the home, Alison brings a rare dual perspective — understanding both the operational realities families face and the standards required to support them at the highest level.

Industry Leadership & Access

Alison serves as Palm Beach Chapter President of the Private Service Alliance, a national professional organization representing elite career private service professionals.

Through this leadership role, My Household Managed maintains direct relationships with estate managers, personal assistants, and senior household professionals , providing early access to vetted, career-driven talent that is rarely publicly available.

Alison is a licensed employment counselor and holds a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with continued education in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, recruiting standards, and domestic workforce advocacy.
