My Household Managed is offering a $500 referral bonus to current candidates who introduce a new candidate to our agency.
01. Refer
The candidate you refer must be new to our agency and not already in our database.
02. Apply
They apply through our candidate application and list your full name in the "How did you hear about us?" section.
03. Begin
They begin working in one of our open positions through My Household Managed.
04. 120 Days
The bonus is paid once they remain in the role for at least 120 days.
Qualifications
What it takes to qualify.
- The referred candidate must be new to our agency and not already in our database.
- The candidate must list your full name in the "How did you hear about us?" section of their application.
- The candidate must begin working in one of our open positions through My Household Managed.
- The candidate must remain in the role for at least 120 days before the bonus is paid.
$500
The referral bonus is paid to the referring candidate in the form of a gift card sent via email once all qualifications are met.
