At this stage, our agency's rigorous selection process has ensured that the candidate's qualifications align with your requirements, and that your role meets the candidate's essential criteria for their ideal job. Our agency handles interview scheduling, background checks, social media screens, trial periods, presenting offers, and assisting in negotiations, aiming to streamline recruitment and secure the best candidates for your household.

Next Steps After In-Person Interview
After a successful second round interview, we will help you to present a written job offer to the candidate of your choice. Alternatively, you may choose to arrange a 1-3 consecutive day paid trial alongside a written job offer.
Trial Period
A trial is not required, but if you would like to invite your final round candidate for a trial, please let us know and we will arrange the details. Families may trial a My Household Managed candidate for up to 3 consecutive days, after a written offer has been presented to the Candidate, with the offer contingent upon a successful trial. Candidates are to be paid directly for their time worked and at the hourly rate advertised in the offer letter.
Work Agreement
Candidates typically expect an offer within 72 hours of the second interview. Upon your readiness, we'll draft a worksheet detailing pay, benefits, schedule, start date, and employment terms for your review. After confirmation, return it to us for conversion into a formal offer letter, including clauses like social media and confidentiality. Candidates often interview with other families until an offer is secured, so prompt action helps secure your ideal candidate. A written offer through our agency initiates the official background check process.
