My Household Managed was founded by Alison Ganko, a former private service professional with over 15 years of firsthand experience supporting high-profile households — first as a nanny, then as a household manager — complemented by deep professional experience in recruiting and placement.

That firsthand experience is the foundation of every search we conduct. It informs how we evaluate candidates, how we understand household dynamics, and how we know — sometimes before a client can articulate it — what a home actually needs in order to function at its best.

My Household Managed connects HNW and UHNW families, principals, and family offices with exceptional private service professionals for long-term household placements, and, for families managing multiple residences, seasonal arrangements that carry the same standard of care.
