Tina is a Chicagoan and a Charlie Trotter’s alum.
Geoff hails from Napa Valley, where his family’s wine background heavily influenced his love of great food.
Coming from One-Off Hospitality’s beloved Blackbird, where Michelin star dining meets playful cuisine, they believe that fine dining at home is a hands-on, personal, and individually curated experience. Enjoying a beautiful tasting menu, with wine pairings, isn’t something exclusively for restaurants. Have a discussion with us to personalize your menu! Beginning at $175 per person we will create a personalized dining experience for you and your guests.
We ensure your event will flow smoothly; we offer water and wine service along with custom printed menus for each guest as a part of all of our private events. Further, throughout the meal and at it’s completion we make sure to clean the entire kitchen, service-ware etc. so that it is as if we were never even there.
